No, SkyBridge Communicator can work with any PBX that has 4 free analog trunk side or extension ports or supports SIP.

Does my PBX system need 4 free ports or can SkyBridge work with less ports?
A:
VoiceGear SkyBridge supports up to 4 ports and can work in one, two, three, or four port configurations.

Q:
What operating systems does VoiceGear SkyBridge utilize?
A:
VoiceGear SkyBridge is an embedded Linux appliance.

Q:
How many users does VoiceGear SkyBridge support?
A:
SkyBridge supports up to 4 concurrent calls which is usually enough to accomodate 50 users, however, ther is no hard user limit.

Q:
Why can't I call Skype contacts from my office phone?
A:
Before calling Skype contacts, you need to log into the SkyBridge web management console and configure your Skype contacts.

Q:
What is the recommended browser to use with SkyBridge web management console?
A:
Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2/3 are the only supported browsers.

Q:
How many Skype accounts do I have to expose externally?
A:
You only need to expose a single Skype account. VoiceGear SkyBridge automacially routes incoming calls to that account to available lines.
